Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid Work Environment, Thursday/Friday Remote)

As we prepare for significant expansion, we're looking for a Finance Director/Controller to lead our financial strategy and operations.
The Role
As our Finance Director/Controller, you will have the unique opportunity to build the finance department from the ground up, working with a largely virtual/vendor-based staff. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will establish financial processes, controls, and team structures. Your role is crucial in shaping our financial infrastructure, managing cash flow, and driving financial performance across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Correct books for approximately 3-4 years for several entities.
Establish and oversee the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, financial controls, and reporting systems.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Manage cash flow, monitor AR/AP, and explore creative lending solutions.
Provide strategic insights and financial guidance in partnership meetings.
Lead financial strategy and operations with potential to grow into a CFO role as the company scales.
Professional Development:
Attendance at national and international conferences annually.
Opportunities for further education and specialized coursework relevant to company needs and personal growth.
Performance Metrics:
Improvement in cash flow and reduction in AR/AP outstanding.
Implementation of innovative financial solutions and strategies.
Enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.
Ideal Candidate
CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience in financial management and accounting, especially within a startup or growth-phase company.
Strong background in building financial processes, controls, and teams from scratch.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing remote teams and working across time zones.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a merit-based approach to leadership and team development.
Compensation Plan
Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
Quarterly Bonus: Up to $5,000 based on performance and company health.
Health, Dental, Life Insurance
Concierge Doctor Service: Included
Annual Conference: 1 educational conference paid for by the company starting in year two.
$250 p/month for home internet, cable, and utilities.
Personal Technology/Office Expenses: $4,000 (every two years)
Profit Participation in Year 2

Legal Administrator & Executive Assistant (Senior Paralegal required)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Office, 5 days per week)

We seek a Senior Paralegal Office Administrator to manage office administration and support our legal document processes.
The Role
As the Legal Administrator, you will work under the Director of Operations, overseeing office administration and legal document review and framework creation. This role involves preparing client proposals and managing real estate transaction documentation and requires office presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Office Manager and Executive Assistant for 2 Executives. (This includes supervising a scheduler who manages both schedules.)
Review and create frameworks from legal documents for revision by external counsel.
Prepare detailed client proposals.
Review deeds, mortgages, title certificates, and other real estate documents.
Professional Development:
Attendance at relevant conferences.
Opportunities for further education and specialized coursework.
Performance Metrics:
Accuracy and timeliness in legal document processing.
Quality and effectiveness of client proposals.
Efficiency in office administration.
Ideal Candidate
Paralegal certification or licensed attorney.

Compensation Plan
Base Salary: $82,675, depending on qualifications and experience.
Quarterly Bonus: From $0 - $2,000 based on company health.
